Bob Tippee Receives ABM's Crain Award

According to American Business Media, winners of the Crain Award have demonstrated a proven record of editorial accomplishment including formulating and directing editorial activities; assuming leadership in the field the publication serves; maintaining the highest editorial standards; and advancing ABM's tradition of editorial initiative, leadership and integrity.

With regard to Bob Tippee's contributions to PennWell's long-standing success, President and CEO, Bob Biolchini, commented, "As editor of Oil & Gas Journal since 1999, Bob has repeatedly and courageously led the oil industry with his editorial vision and incisiveness, often embracing unpopular positions and doggedly supporting common sense interpretation of national and global energy issues. He has authored several books, written and delivered hundreds of speeches, and is often featured on TV, radio, and online industry reports.
