Pender Village Center opens on Rt. 50 in Fairfax
VIENNA, Va. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Atlantic Realty Companies, Inc., one of the largest commercial real

announced several store openings in their newest shopping center, Pender
Village Center in Fairfax, VA.
Located on Rt. 50 near Fair Ridge Drive, just minutes from I-495, Rt.
66, and the Fairfax County Parkway, Pender Village Center is 139,000
square feet of shops and services. Tenants who recently opened include Harris
