Pender Village Center opens on Rt. 50 in Fairfax

VIENNA, Va. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Atlantic Realty Companies, Inc., one of the largest commercial real estate developers in the Washington, DC/Baltimore, MD region, recently announced several store openings in their newest shopping center, Pender Village Center in Fairfax, VA.

Located on Rt. 50 near Fair Ridge Drive, just minutes from I-495, Rt. 66, and the Fairfax County Parkway, Pender Village Center is 139,000 square feet of shops and services. Tenants who recently opened include Harris Teeter, Hardwood Artisans, Everybody Fitness, and Chevy Chase Bank, a division of Capital One, N.A.

"Their only store in the Fairfax area, this 4,000 square foot showroom displays their handmade custom and hardwood furniture. All of their products are produced locally by highly skilled craftspeople."

Hardwood Artisans has been building their original designs for more than 30 years. Mark Gatterdam, co-owner of Hardwood Artisans, says, "The Washington, DC area is a unique place where people have interesting jobs leading interesting lives. Everybody Fitness members can work out 24/7/365 in this 10,000 square foot fitness center, which has a separate entrance for easy and secure access and more than 60 pieces of equipment. Everybody Fitness also offers personal training, massages and Swing dance instruction. "This is the newest model for fitness centers, allowing access for members any time that is convenient for their schedule," according to Mark Arena, President of ARC Management.
