Pender Village Center opens on Rt. 50 in Fairfax

Located on Rt. 50 near Fair Ridge Drive, just minutes from I-495, Rt. 66, and the Fairfax County Parkway, Pender Village Center is 139,000 square feet of shops and services. Tenants who recently opened include Harris Teeter, Hardwood Artisans, Everybody Fitness, and Chevy Chase Bank, a division of Capital One, N.A.

"Hardwood Artisans had their Grand Opening recently," says David A. Ross, President, Atlantic Realty Companies, Inc., who owns Pender Village Center. "Their only store in the Fairfax area, this 4,000 square foot showroom displays their handmade custom and hardwood furniture. All of their products are produced locally by highly skilled craftspeople."

Hardwood Artisans has been building their original designs for more than 30 years.
