Spoon Brings the World's Apps to the Web
Spoon lets apps run instantly from the web, with no installation
or hassles. Spoon takes minutes to deploy, works with existing apps, and
embeds easily into web sites and enterprise portals.
The Spoon app virtualization engine packages apps into pre-configured
virtual machines that run in isolated sandboxes, eliminating
installation, conflicts, and dependencies, including requirements for
the .NET, Java, Flash, and Silverlight runtimes. Integrated Spoon Stream
technology launches apps 5-20 times faster than traditional download by
decomposing complex apps into smaller functional and data units.
The free Spoon Studio tool allows developers to quickly virtualize
existing apps for deployment on Spoon.net and Spoon Server. Spoon Server
allows enterprises and publishers to host apps on internal servers,
manage users and licensing, and view detailed usage analytics. The
Spoon.net online app portal, powered by Spoon Server, offers free
hosting of hundreds of virtual apps on the web.
