Steel Magnolia's 'Keep On Lovin' You' Makes Billboard History

NASHVILLE, Tenn., March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Big Machine Records artists Steel Magnolia's Top 15 hit, "Keep On Lovin' You," has become the highest charting debut single from a male/ female Country duet act in the 66-year history of the Billboard Top Country Songs Chart.

"Keep On Lovin' You" rose to #14 on the Billboard Top Country Songs Chart this week and as well as continuing its ascent on the USA Today/ Country Aircheck chart (powered by Mediabase), resting at #12.

The history-making Steel Magnolia (comprised of Meghan Linsey and Joshua Scott Jones) is multiple 2010 Academy of Country Music Award Nominees for overall Top Vocal Duo of the Year and also Top New Vocal Duo. The awards will be broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 18th on CBS.

The duo recently released their self-titled debut EP on iTunes. STEEL MAGNOLIA EP features their record-smashing hit, "Keep On Lovin' You." The song has made its mark on both Country music AND Hollywood as the lead single from the Valentine's Day Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. Steel Magnolia's debut EP also includes fan favorites "Ooh La La (as heard on CMT's Can You Duet?" and the acclaimed "Edge of Goodbye" as well as two new live tracks.
