Edge EHR Corp. Announces Acquisition of Goal Software, Inc.

SEATTLE, March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Edge EHR Corp., an Electronic Health Records "EHR" software company, is pleased to announce it has signed a definitive letter of intent to acquire Goal Software, Inc. of Green Bay, WI. This transaction marks the official commitment by Edge to extend Goal's legacy of over 32 years in delivering best in class software and support to professionals in the eyecare industry.

Management believes the acquisition of Goal is strategic to Edge adding over 700 doctors to its current client footprint, accelerating Edge's growth with a new addition to its portfolio of software solutions.
