WHO: Keynote Speaker Vinton G. Cerf, vice president and chief
Internet evangelist, Google
Cerf will provide a macro view of how the Internet and broadband
technology have provided a platform for global innovation. He will
address how today's climate and tomorrow's needs will drive future
requirements and policies to help ensure the benefits of a broadband
society are made available to the greatest number of people in a dynamic
environment that continues to foster innovation.
