Hidalgo Mining International Inc. (HMIT) Announces New Name Change

Management has completed the necessary steps with the Delaware Division of Corporations changing the corporate name in the company's bylaws.

As the company continues to expand its new identity and business objectives, the change in name encompasses the goals and objectives for the company as it moves forward in 2010.
