opened a candy store, selling magazines, papers, children's toys and ice
cream in Brooklyn prior to The Great Depression. After her sons returned
from service in WWII, Matriarch Mandelbaum started a cotton goods store
with sons Max, Leon and Bernie, selling house dresses, aprons and
blouses.
The official grand opening launch will take place from 6-8PM
on Friday, March 12, 2010 at the Harlem Irving Plaza Mall,
location 188.
