Sexy Hair Experiences Double-Digit Growth in 2009

Pitsch credited much of Sexy Hair's rising success to the strength of the brand, successful new product launches and the company's emergent international business. In 2009, sales were up internationally more than 45 percent. New partnerships abroad in 2009 included Italy, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.

"As we shift into 2010, with plans for new and exciting ventures, the future looks brighter than ever."

Among Sexy Hair's big plans for 2010, education, new product launches, nonprofit partnerships and campaigns are at the forefront of objectives and opportunities for the company this year. Additionally, Pitsch announced that founder and artistic creative director Michael O'Rourke would be handing the reigns to his longtime protege and colleague, Rafe Hardy.
