Luxury Home Market Selling at 50 Percent Discounts and Moving Fast

  Share With Friends

LAS VEGAS, March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Foreclosure homes aren't always the ones with boarded up windows, dead grass, stained carpets and no appliances. Rick and Teri Brenkus of the Brenkus Team have dominated a special niche in the marketing of bank-owned, high-end mansions in mint condition. Your two million dollar dream house could already be on the market today for under a million dollars and ready to be sold. It may well be that these bank-owned luxury homes, which are selling below replacement value, may never be available again at the prices offered today. If you've fallen in love with a home, this is no time to procrastinate. It has been decades since these type of homes were available at below replacement cost. It may be decades before the opportunity presents itself again.

"If you're interested in a luxury home, there is a window, and this it is," said Teri Brenkus. "People who could never afford a home worth over one million dollars can now purchase one for up to 50 percent off. We've just had the best year in our team's 20 plus year history, selling more homes than ever before due in part to the bank-owned luxury market really moving."

The Brenkus Team currently has two bank-owned luxury homes pending escrow at sales prices for more than 50 percent off: A luxury home located at 9908 Deer Ct. which previously was recorded at $1,750,000 in June 2005 is now down to $800,000 subject to bank approval. Another example includes a home located at 426 Stone Lair which previously was recorded at $1,849,389 in June 2006 is now down to $800,000 subject to bank approval.

The Brenkus Team has more than 40 years of real estate experience in Southern Nevada. Joining forces over 20 years ago, they formed one of the most long-standing Las Vegas Realtor teams, one that leads the industry in sales. The Brenkus Team is ranked as one of the top 50 real estate teams in the nation out of over 1.3 million agents as published by The Wall Street Journal. In the past seven years, they have successfully closed over 2,000 homes with over 450 closings during 2009 alone. Rick and Teri Brenkus have been awarded as one of the top two teams in the Southwest Region for Keller Williams Realty International. The Brenkus Team works closely with financial institutions and has earned a reputation as the acknowledged expert in selling bank owned homes.

The Brenkus Team is located in Summerlin and Green Valley right off of the 215. For further information, call 702- 939-0012 (Summerlin) or 702-456-5959 (Green Valley), email team@brenkus.com or visit http://www.brenkusteam.com.
