Lohan's lawyer argues that her client has the same single-name recognition as Oprah or Madanna, and that the baby who is referred to in the commercial simply as "Lindsay" is obviously meant to represent the actress.
Lindsay is not in the same league with superstars who are known only by their first names. Skanks like Lindsay Lohan are a dime a dozen, and she will never achieve the superstardom of a Cher, Madonna, or Oprah.
I must concede that Lindsay's lawsuit is not totally without merit, an incontinent and incoherent baby with an addiction problem does bring to mind the troubled actress.
But the milkaholic baby is much too sweet and cute to be compared with the skanky and belligerent Lohan.
