Dmatek Changes its Name to Attenti

Attenti, formerly known as Dmatek, provides the technology to monitor over 50,000 individuals daily around the globe, in the judicial and elderly care sectors, having grown at an average of more than 25% per year since 2003.

It has accompanied us through 20 years of successful trading and public listing, during which it has become known for business and technology leadership, integrity and quality. These principles have led us to where we are today, an internationally spread personal monitoring technologies leader", said Yoav Reisman, CEO of Dmatek, now Attenti. "The name Attenti is derived from Latin languages origins for "focus" and reflects one of our key values which were developed and supported our success and performance over time."

The legal structure of the company and its subsidiaries will not be affected by this name change.
