Liverpool were looking for an easy three points against Wigan tonight but things didn't quite go their way as they slumped to a 1-0 defeat.
Torres started for Liverpool and the Spanish star is normally clinical in front of goal, give him a chance and he'll score they say - but that wasn't the case tonight. The superstar hitman missed a hatful of chances in both halves, struggling to even test the Goalkeeper Chris Kirkland who enjoyed an easy night.
Rodallega slotted in the only goal of the game in the first half as Wigan walked away with a very valuable win. The striker poked home after Kuyt gave the ball away to Boyce who swung a cross into the path of the Columbian.
A memorable night for Wigan who record their first ever win against Liverpool.
