Top-Selling Woodland Hills Community Launches Its 2010 Special Home Buying Seminar Series

The Met Warner Center, a 1,279-unit gated condominium community located in the heart of Warner Center, has unveiled its unique collection of homes called the Signature Series®. This select series of one-bedroom residences are priced from the low $200s and include $30,000 in developer upgrades -- already included in the price of the home. The 2010 Home Buying Seminar Series will cover a wide variety of topics designed to guide buyers at all levels through the often daunting process of purchasing a new home and will include expert speakers from The Met sales team and other vital partners. These seminars will take place on Saturdays from 11am-1pm and the scheduled dates and topics are as follows:

The Signature Series® boasts stylish upgrades including gourmet kitchens with chic, custom glass backsplashes. First floor homes feature espresso hardwood floors, adding an extra richness to the living space, while upper floor units have an upgraded harvest-colored carpeting.
