STAMFORD, Conn. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - The Student Loan Corporation (NYSE:STU), a subsidiary of Citibank, N.A., today filed its Annual Report and Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2009, with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Additionally, Student Loan Corporation will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 8:30 a.m., Eastern Standard Time on May 13, 2010. The record date for determining the stockholders entitled to notice of, or vote at, the Annual Meeting will be March 15, 2010.
