Global Power Announces Departure of General Counsel Candice Cheeseman

In announcing Ms. Cheeseman's departure, David Keller, who joined Global Power as its President and CEO in September 2009, commented, "SemGroup is a much larger company than Global Power and assuming the general counsel position represents a great opportunity for Candice. We wish her well and we thank her both for her service as general counsel and in related capacities during her time with the Company and for her cooperation in establishing interim arrangements to ensure that the Company's legal and administrative needs continue to be served following her departure. We are using this opportunity to review the manner in which the Company's legal and administrative functions are directed and we are taking a number of interim steps with the goal of continuing and ultimately improving the efficient delivery of legal and administrative services to the Company and its subsidiaries. In the short term, Ryan Sacra of Conner & Winters, LP, will serve as the Company's outside Acting General Counsel, and responsibilities for the other various functions Candice performed have been reassigned to other members of the management team who will continue to have the able assistance of the Company's outside professional advisors."
