Orlando Predators to Televise Record Number of Games
ORLANDO, Fla. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - The Orlando Predators of the Arena Football League have reached
broadcast agreements with the NFL Network and a local network to
broadcast a total of 10 of the team's games. The NFL Network will
broadcast four of the team's games to a national audience. The local
Orlando network will carry another six games. With 10 games on the
broadcast schedule, the Orlando Predators are excited to have more games
on television than any other year in the team's history.
"Television broadcast agreements will allow us to provide even more of
the game action for our very loyal fans here in Orlando," said Managing
Partner Brett Bouchy. "The Predators have had a great tradition of Arena
Football in the past. We look forward to helping bring that tradition
back to our fans and broadcasting the games on the NFL Network, and our
local broadcast partner is a big part of that."
"The tremendous platform provided by the NFL, through the NFL Network,
will help grow the AFL's profile," said AFL Commissioner Jerry Kurz.
The NFL Network is the only television network devoted to football
24-hours a day, 365-days a year.
