After his military service, he worked for Hewlett-Packard Company and Hughes Communications. During the 1990s, he worked with several start-ups. Jablonski has professional affiliations with the Project Management Institute, Association of IT Professionals, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He attended Santa Clara University where he pursued his master's degree in Engineering Management. He holds a Bachelor's degree from DeVry Institute of Technology.
