The newly acquired company specializes in coal pulverizer repair and maintenance for power plants.

The acquisition of Defcon Inc. expands the Selinsky FORCE's industrial service offerings to better serve the power-generation industry and extends the company's geographical reach for coal pulverizer repair and maintenance to the entire United States.

Renamed Defcon FORCE, the newly formed subsidiary of the Selinsky FORCE will maintain its offices and personnel in Cincinnati and Gallipolis, Ohio.
