Bloodless Bullfighting Back in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, Jan. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The culture, the reverence and the pageantry of one of the most storied traditions in the world returns to Las Vegas, but without the blood. Bloodless Bullfighting, courtesy of Don Bull Productions, heads to the United States and Las Vegas at the South Point Arena Saturday, January 30, 2010 at 8pm. To reward locals in the New Year, South Point has created "local-friendly" pricing with tickets starting at just $25.

Representing the alternative bullfighting style at the South Point Arena, Don Bull Productions will present bloodless bullfights, offering spectators the opportunity to witness the best bullfighters or "toreros" from around the globe performing their art form in the entertainment capital of the world. Using specially designed adhesive Velcro pads instead of traditional banderillas, rejones and steel harpoons, competitors are able to preserve the existence of the toros while keeping the excitement and skill of traditional bullfighting alive.
