Rob Ponnwitz joins Vanguard after an esteemed career with IBM where he held the position of Associate Partner in their Global Business Services group. With the addition of the Portland office, Vanguard now has 48 master franchise locations throughout the United States and Canada, and 3 company owned locations in California.
