RockBridge Teams Up With Rustler Petroleum on Pembina Properties

Rustler brings extensive knowledge of both the industry and the area and after an initial assessment of the wells, will be reviewing the overall operations as to improving efficiencies through reduced costs and increased production. Rustler will also later this year be assessing the Pembina properties for possible further development of the Cardium formation with horizontal wells.

The principals of Rustler are Alan D. Jack, P.Eng. and Gerald J. Wendland, P. Geol. Mr. Jack has 30 years' experience in all aspects of the oil and gas industry, including operations, reservoir engineering, and acquisitions and raising equity in the capital markets. He has successfully grown two public resource companies and two private resource companies to a critical mass. Mr. Jack is a member of the Association of Petroleum Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA) and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). Mr. Wendland also has 30 years' experience in all aspects of oil and gas exploration, exploitation and acquisitions over most of the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. He holds a successful record of hydrocarbon reserve additions in excess of 45 million barrels of oil and over 40 billion cubic feet of gas. Mr. Wendland is a member of APEGGA, the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists (CSPG) and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG).

On the acquisition of the B.C. mineral exploration company, 0859842 B.C. Ltd., the formal agreement has been completed and the final steps are being taken to complete the transaction and private placement shortly.
