Procter & Gamble Announces Sponsorship of the Team USA Family Home at the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver

CINCINNATI - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG), along with the U.S. Olympic Committee (USOC), today announced that the company will welcome U.S. Olympic athletes and their families in Vancouver, Canada, at the P&G Family Home, which will provide Team USA with a place to come together in an inviting and comfortable environment for the duration of the Olympic Winter Games.

Recognizing the importance that families play in the lives of athletes, the P&G Family Home will provide family members with a place to come together, watch the Olympic Winter Games, meet other Team USA families, and spend time with loved ones before and after competition. More than 300 athletes and coaches will be on the 2010 U.S. Olympic Team, and each one will have the opportunity to take advantage of the P&G Family Home at no cost.

Different from prior years, the P&G Family Home will not only provide complimentary food and drink, but will offer unique experiences for the entire family to enjoy, including 24/7 coverage of the Olympic Winter Games. At the Family Home, P&G's wide roster of well-known brands will allow for Team USA and their families to experience the Olympic Winter Games and enjoy time together as if they were in their own home. Amenities and activities for Team USA and their families will include comfortable viewing lounges; an internet cafe; complimentary food and drink; pampering for moms at the P&G Beauty and Grooming Salon and Spa with quick refreshes to complete makeovers by Pantene, COVERGIRL, Olay, Venus and Secret; a Pampers play area for toddlers; a Crest/Oral B Smile Center; a Pringles Snack Lounge! and complimentary Tide laundry service.

P&G's Olympic sponsorship of Team USA includes the 2010 U.S. Olympic Team and the 2012 U.S. Olympic Team. The P&G Family Home will operate in Vancouver from February 11-28.
