CTIA Now Accepting E-Tech Awards Submissions for International CTIA WIRELESS 2010®
WASHINGTON - (BUSINESS WIRE) - International CTIA WIRELESS 2010 today issued the call for
entries for the fifth annual Emerging Technology (E-Tech) Awards
program. Technology companies may now submit mobile products and
services in six categories spanning consumer CE, applications,
enterprise, green solutions and network technology. And this year, CTIA
has added a new category - luxury mobile - that includes high-end
wireless devices, applications, accessories, fashion and lifestyle
products. The program's submission deadline is Wednesday, February 3.
E-Tech Awards guidelines, category descriptions and submission details
are available online at www.ctiashow.com/awards.
CTIA will announce finalists in early March, and winners will be
recognized at an awards ceremony on Wednesday, March 24 at 2:00 p.m. at
International CTIA WIRELESS, which will take place March 23-25, at the
Las Vegas Convention Center.
A prominent panel of media and industry analysts will review and judge
entries on innovation, functionality, technological importance,
implementation and the overall "wow" factor. Three winners will place in
each category. Each award submission will be displayed in a special
showcase in the Emerging Technology Zone on the tradeshow floor.
CTIA attendees will reward a Best Online Pick - selected via online
