Idea to End the Truth Embargo
I reference the article UFO Cover-Up - PRG Urge President Obama to End Truth Embargo by Ian Brockwell.
I read your article on PRG's attempts to urge President Obama to end the truth embargo. As you probably realize, President Obama is probably as much in the dark as the public about this issue as the CIA/NSA/NRO/NASA would never divulge any such classified information to a President that would blow the whistle if he knew the truth.
It seems to me that a great idea to end the truth embargo is what makes America strong. Capitalism and money. Someone credible (Dr Greer, Gov Fife Symington, or a consortium formed of credible people with strong credentials) should have a fund raising to collect a significant amount of money for anyone giving evidence that is the smoking gun.
How much money? $5 million, perhaps as much as $10 million. The U.S. is offering $25 million for the whereabouts of Bin Laden but because so few individuals actually know that information and those that do value sheep more than money, the reward money is not working. However, over the years, there has to be SOMEBODY that has an official document or video or photographs that aliens are real and are here.
Furthermore, there has to be a caveat that the individual receiving the money would remain completely anonymous if they so choose. It is very likely that somebody with providing such evidence has access to highly classified information and it has to be worth the risk for them to come forward.
How to raise the money? I think a lot of UFO believers would be willing to contribute a small amount to the cause. This is why there has to be somebody with a great deal of credibility leading the effort, as people would only contribute to somebody they trust. Also, people like billionaire Paul Allen who has donated millions to SETI would be a potentially heavy donator, provided the reward money is only given to the most compelling evidence that is proven authentic and is truly the smoking gun. I'm not sure if it can be turned into a charitable donation but that would be a bonus if it could.
If I personally had this evidence, coming forward with it could ruin my life and I wouldn't even know where to go to provide it. However, if there is a $10 million reward and a credible public entity designed to prove and protect the information and preserve my anonymity, I might just be willing to come forward because $10 million is a great incentive to many people around the world.
An added benefit is that a lot of information may come forward that has been hidden all these years and even if it's not a smoking gun, it could shed light on more than is known today.
I'd like to know your thoughts? I do think former Governor Symington would be a good spokesperson as he has excellent credentials and is a good public speaker and can be taken seriously even by non-UFO believers. This will take a nationally coordinated effort instead of thousands of individuals trying to scrounge up evidence that they don't have access to.
Sincerely,
Beth Cowen
