SC&H Capital Announces Sale of Sim-G Technologies to Secure Mission Solutions

MCLEAN, Va., Jan. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- SC&H Capital, an investment banking and advisory firm to middle market businesses, served as exclusive financial advisor to Sim-G Technologies, Inc. (Sim-G) in their sale to Secure Mission Solutions (SMS), an integrated physical and cyber security company.

Sim-G is a leading cyber and physical security company providing critical asset protection and professional services to the federal government. Headquartered in Washington, DC, Sim-G employs more than 130 people across the United States and serves multiple federal clients, including the U.S. Army, the U.S. Department of State, the FBI, the U.S. Secret Service, the Transportation Security Administration, the Department of Homeland Security, SPAWAR- Charleston, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Bureau of Reclamation.

Sim-G founder and president, Mark McIntosh, said, "We appreciate the dedication of the professionals of SC&H Capital and their efforts during the sale process. They worked diligently on our behalf to ensure the best possible deal for all parties involved."

This is the second acquisition by SMS in 2009, continuing their strategy of establishing an integrated security platform by acquiring premier security companies already serving the federal security market. Sim-G will join WareOnEarth Communications (WCI) as operating companies within SMS. Riordan, Lewis & Haden Equity Partners of Los Angeles is the principal investor and an active partner in SMS.
