Vitaminspice and All Things Nice Poised to Spice Up Christmas Meals, Retail
By Alan Gray, NewsBlaze
With TV shows like "The Biggest Loser" promoting the value of health and nutrition, Americans are becoming more interested in slimming down and taking care of themselves. That doesn't mean anyone has lost interest in food or taste.
In fact, premium foods that combine convenience with nutritional value are experiencing sales growth. AXcess News reports "According to market research publisher, Packaged Facts, consumers are looking at premium fare that offers not only convenience, but health and nutritional benefits as well..."
One day, Ed Bukstel was cooking for his daughters, when he decided to spice up the meal with vitamins as well as spices. And so was born the idea for VitaminSpice, delicious seasonings blended with premium herbs and spices, plus essential vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants.
A product that gets the attention of Bill Fields, former Wal-Mart CEO, credited with building the largest discount retail chain in the world, and several other very successful companies, is sure to be a success story.
After joining VitaminSpice Board of Directors Mr. Fields said "VitaminSpice's technology and ability to enhance health and nutrition through the use of everyday products is a real breakthrough."

As interesting as combining spice and vitamins is, the really interesting thing is the distribution part of the business. These products will also appeal to drug chains and grocery chains, expanding market penetration through great branding. The smart packaging makes the product easy to see on shelves, standing out from similar-shaped spice containers.
As Field says, "They have created an easy and convenient format that does not alter the quality of the base products."
Joanna Cosgrove editor at Nutraceuticals World recently interviewed Ed Bukstel, saying VitaminSpice is "A Company that found an innovative way to boost the nutritional quotient of everyday seasonings." She wrote that Bukstel said VitaminSpice sales are "flourishing, not just in grocery and natural food venues, but also in retirement homes and school districts."
