EIM and Evergreen Energy Enter Global Alliance

The Environmental Protection Agency has already announced policy changes requiring major U.S. GHG emitters to meet extensive reporting requirements in 2010. Additionally, President Obama has already suggested that the U.S. will need to reduce carbon emissions 17 percent by 2020.
