New Portable Personal Health Record (PHR) Card is a Life Saving Last Minute Holiday Gift

Additionally, each cardholder has the option of storing the medical records of up to ten family members. Information on the card is also automatically uploaded to a password-protected HIPAA compliant website, providing a web-based option.
