Howard Technology Solutions Introduces Tacticomm, Its New Modular Command and Control Vehicle

Tacticomm's interchangeable modules allow one vehicle to function efficiently in three separate capacities, which enables police departments and other entities tasked with maintaining public safety to curb expenditures, while maintaining acceptable levels of law enforcement.
