Overstock.com Announces 'Hybrid Holiday' Sweepstakes

SALT LAKE CITY, Dec. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Overstock.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: OSTK) today announced the launch of its "Hybrid Holiday" sweepstakes. Overstock.com will give away four 2010 Toyota Prius cars during the first four weeks of December.

"We wanted to take our holiday celebration to the next level," said Overstock.com Chairman and CEO Patrick Byrne. "The Holidays are about giving. While we keep our prices low every day, this will be a special gift to four lucky Overstock.com shoppers."

Sweepstakes participants can visit www.Overstock.com/hybridholiday to find a link to the contest page. Contestants can enter once each day. Customers who place an order are automatically entered into the sweepstakes. The contest entry page allows participants to forward the contest information to friends and family. Contestants can also enter via Twitter at www.overstock.com/29262/static.html?nocache=true or on Facebook at http://apps.facebook.com/hybridholiday/contests/11707 . From all eligible entries, Overstock.com will randomly select one winner each week through December 29th.
