VH1 Star & Diddy Protegee -"Poprah", Signs on to Host Hip Hop Event

VH1's Queen of Reality, and now Diddy protegee, "Poprah", teams up with Hip Hop Icons "Yoyo, and Kurtis Blow" to host the "Best of the Best Urban King's Hip Hop Showcase". The Urban King's monthly Hip Hop competition presented by King Ryan Events, has finally culminated into one huge and spectacular show where the winners and encore performers from each month will all compete to win the "Best of the Best Urban King's Hip Hop Showcase".

Poprah's says her recurring role on Vh1's I Want to Work For Diddy Season 1 & 2, 1st as a contestant on Season 1, now on the current Season 2 working for Diddy as a spy, and now as a host, deliberating eliminations, per Diddy's request, has only renewed her desire to support any legitimate platform that empowers up and coming talent. "This amazing experience working with Mr. Sean "P. Diddy" Combs, has really helped me to recognize how much the market place has changed so dramatically over the last few years, and that it is more crucial now, more than ever, for music artist to seize every opportunity they can to market and promote themselves, and I think this showcase is a great step in the right direction", she says.

This grand finale event, sponsored by Hollywood South, and other respected industry organizations, will be a red carpet event and the who's who of the Hip Hop industry as well as multiple celebrities have already agreed to endorse this event and make a public appearance in support of Rap Music.

These Urban King's monthly Hip Hop competitions, produced by King Ryan Events, have resulted in many great benefits for performers including: major record label signings & meetings, media exposure, red carpet pictures, promotional material, management contracts, live performances for major celebrities, video footage, and unparalleled exposure.
