Ever since the BJP Government came to power in Karnataka, every fourth day is being reported of attack on Christian churches and communities. Government machineries such as the police department have been misused by arresting innocent Christian communities and false accusations and allegation of forceful conversion charges have been levelled to church workers and missionaries.
The All India Christian Council (www.aiccindia.org), birthed in 1998, exists to protect and serve the Christian community, minorities, and the oppressed castes. The aicc is a coalition of thousands of Indian denominations, organizations, and lay leaders.
