Maria Elvira Live Presents Two Special Series That Leave Audiences Astonished

Maussán describes himself as a paranormal investigator. He covers topics ranging from the alleged similarities between the assassinations of John F. Kennedy and Abraham Lincoln, the healing qualities of the water from the Tlacote Mexican population, to the supposedly conspiracy by United States government to fake the moon landing of Apollo 11. He has also discussed the existence of the Chupacabras and unidentified flying objects (UFOs), a main topic that earned him viewers' attention.

Maussán presented videotapes filmed by amatuers on July 11, 1991, as supposed evidence of the existence of UFOs, and its presence in the airspace of Mexico. On this date a total eclipse of the sun occured in the country. Taking advantage of the great public interest on the subject, Maussán began to exploit the theme, which led him to his own programs on radio and TV.
