RBF Consulting Promotes 10 Team Members to Senior Associates

IRVINE, Calif. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - RBF Consulting (RBF), one of the nation's top civil engineering firms, recently announced the promotion of 10 new Senior Associates. RBF's Executive and Corporate Management Committees hosted promotion ceremonies during the Company's Quarterly Corporate Management Meeting.

The new Senior Associates, specializing in all aspects of civil engineering, planning and survey/construction management include: Tanya Bilezikjian and Cathy Johnson from the Irvine office; Matt Cawley from the Tucson office; Brook Ostrom from the Sacramento office; Richard Tomlinson, Matt Capuzzi, Lorraine Ahlquist, Diane Elias, and Carol Chase from the San Diego office; and Jennifer Harmon from the Walnut Creek office.
