Prior to founding Green Light in 2001, Peter Framson was the Director of Trammell Crow's Mid-Atlantic Retail Services Division. He was previously a principal with KLNB, where he was instrumental in growing their retail brokerage business in the Washington/Baltimore region.

Mr. Framson has represented tenants such as Home Depot, AMC Theatres, The Limited, Forman Mills, Sonic America's Drive In, Thomasville Furniture and B.J.'s Wholesale Club. Additionally, Mr. Framson has represented owner/developers such as Prudential Insurance, Faison Properties, and many other regional and national owners of retail real estate.
