Growing Commercial Real Estate Firm Trinitas Ventures Hires New VP Finance, Treasury

Mark D. Larson Brings Experience in Commercial Real Estate, REITs

Indiana-based Trinitas Ventures LLC, a premier developer, owner and manager of high quality multi-use student housing communities, has hired Mark D. Larson to serve as its new Vice President, Finance and Treasury.

With 13 years of experience in finance, accounting, asset management and capital markets for public commercial real estate, Larson will direct the company's financial planning and analysis efforts, including accounting, cash management, budgeting and forecasting. The graduate of the University of North Florida who holds a Certificate in Management Accounting will also serve on the company's real estate development, finance, administrative, property management, and corporate systems/IT committees.

"Mark is an outstanding addition to the senior leadership team. He brings a new depth of experience and insight to our company at an important time when we are expanding our development, construction and management operations," said Loren King, Trinitas' chief operating officer.

Prior to joining Trinitas, Larson served as director, financial planning and analysis with General Growth Properties, Inc., one of the nation's largest shopping mall owners/developers/managers and public REITs. In addition, Larson worked for The Taubman Company, a public REIT engaged in the development and management of regional and super regional shopping centers.
