PHOTOS: Soldiers Look Out for Their Future Careers
AL ASAD AIRBASE, Iraq - Spc. Daisy McMahon, an El Paso, Texas native and a heavy wheeled vehicle operator in the 47th Transportation Company, 751st Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 96th Sustainment Brigade is assisting with duties in the company personnel office. McMahon routinely works outside her primary job field in an effort to assist with company with administrative duties. She utilized the General Technical Improvement course as a means to increase her career possibilities and aspirations of one day re-enlisting to work in the medical field.

Dustin Bradford, a Lewes, Del. native and a heavy wheeled vehicle operator in the 47th Transportation Co., 751st Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 96th Sustainment Brigade is in front of a line of M1075 Palletized Loading Systems. Bradford took part in the General Technical improvement course in an effort to raise his score and further his career possibilities. He has hopes of furthering his education while deployed and submitting a Green-to-Gold packet in order to become a commissioned officer.
