After four years of working in the advertising and broadcast industry as an account executive and local sales manager for the Liberman Broadcasting Radio & Television network, Gracia joined PMG - the company his wife, Patricia, founded in 2001. Tony set a goal that within the next three to five years of leading the agency to the top 10 Ad agencies in the country. PMG took in over $6 million in billings in the past three years.
