("KHD") (NYSE: KHD) announced plans to release its third quarter 2009 results before market on Monday, November 16, 2009. That same day, at 10:00 AM ET (7:00 AM PT), a conference call will be held to review the results; this call will be broadcast live over the Internet at www.khdhumboldt.com or www.earnings.com.
