CTPartners Reports Audited 2009 Candidate Stick Rate of 90%

Stick Rate was 90% for all executives placed during the period January
1, 2008 to June 30, 2009 and still employed by their company as of
September 30, 2009.
Stick Rate is defined by CTPartners' management as the measure of
whether the placed candidate has remained in the same, similar or
elevated position with its client over a specified period of time. The
audit was conducted by McGladrey & Pullen, Certified Public Accountants.
