Xtreme Motorsports International Announces EPA Approval

XYB-400 to Be Available in USA

Xtreme Motorsports International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: XTMM), through its wholly owned subsidiary, YamaBuggy Sales & Distribution, Inc., is pleased to announce, that in conjunction with Quicksand Performance LLC and Jianshe, the all new XYB-400 Side X Side received the EPA certificate on October 16, 2009.

The XYB-400 will feature a 400 CC engine, 10" front and 12" rear clearance, 5 speed auto clutch with reverse, chromoly and steel frame, digital instrumentation and rear wheel shaft drive incorporated into the sleek and sporty QSP design. The XYB series of vehicles designed by QSP and distributed in the USA through an exclusive distribution agreement with Xtreme Motorsports International, Inc. will be available to Dealers for delivery at the beginning of 2010.

"The XYB-400 has been in the planning and development stages since 2007 and we are now able to officially offer this exciting new breed of a sport/sand vehicle with the recent news from Jianshe on the EPA passing. Our next step is waiting on the CARB certificate which normally follows the EPA certificate in 6 to 8 weeks, which then allows us to sell and deliver in California," stated Omar Deen, President of Quicksand Performance LLC.
