Ecologic Transportation, Inc. Signs Memorandum of Understanding to Form Joint Venture with Green Solutions & Technology, LLC

SANTA MONICA, Calif. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Ecologic Transportation, Inc. ("Ecologic Transportation" or the "Company" ) (OTCBB:EGCT) today announced it has signed a memorandum of understanding to enter into a joint venture with Green Solutions & Technology, LLC to contract with gas stations in California to provide them with a turnkey solution to offer new clean energy fuels such as biodiesel, E85, CNG as well as electrical charging stations.

The joint venture's goal is to contract a minimum of 250 gas stations with executed 10-year fuel supply agreements with options for a further 10 years. Additionally, the agreement provides for product distribution agreements with an Ecologic affiliate, and marketing agreements for Ecologic Car Rental operations on selected premises.
