NEW YORK, Nov. 6, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2010 to shareholders of record as of January 4, 2010.
