Almost all the specifics and mannerisms are the same right down to detail. Does whoever picks these people have a vast pool of candidates that fits these bills or do the selectors just have one page in the playbook.

Or is the over-riding qualification in a clone-like tradition void of any other individualities. Maybe they have just found the route to least resistance and if it seems to work, keep on using it till it wears thin. You be the judge.
