LAKEWOOD, N.J., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The Lightstone Group today announced that Sears Hardware has signed an 8,000-square-foot, lease extension at the New Smyrna Beach Shopping Center located at 1441 South Dixie Freeway in New Smyrna Beach, Fl.

The 101,321-square-foot New Smyrna Beach Shopping Center is located on South Dixie Freeway (U.S. Route 1), a major north-south corridor at the intersection of Sixth Street.
