ATLANTA, Nov. 6, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Holzer Holzer & Fistel, LLC is investigating whether IMS Health, Inc.'s ("IMS" or the "Company") directors complied with their fiduciary duties in approving the proposed buyout of IMS by TPG Capital and the CPP Investment Board.
