Canadian Forces Invited to Eat Free at Applebee's(R) on Remembrance Day

TORONTO, ONTARIO - (Marketwire - Nov. 6, 2009) - Applebee's Grill & Bar(R) restaurants Canada-wide are celebrating Canada's veterans and active duty Canadian Forces by inviting them to pull up a chair at their neighbourhood Applebee's for a delicious entree and heartfelt "thanks" this Remembrance Day.

On November 11, veterans and those on active duty with proof of Canadian Forces service are invited to select a complimentary entree, complete with traditional sides from the following menu selections:


--  House Steak 
--  Three-Cheese Chicken Penne 
--  Fiesta Lime Chicken(R) 
--  Chipotle Bacon Burger 
--  Chicken Fingers Platter 
--  Oriental Chicken Salad
