The Smart Way to Manage Financial Transactions Electronically: Equisys Launches Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 3.0
ALPHARETTA, Ga. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Equisys, one of the leading developers of software solutions for
document management and delivery, and a Microsoft Gold Certified
Partner, announced today the launch of Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics
NAV 3.0.
Zetadocs 3.0 makes it much simpler for NAV users to enable electronic
delivery and filing of financial documents. Installation is now so
simple, it can be deployed on an NAV test system in a couple of hours.
It is also much quicker and easier to send larger batches of documents
and multiple users can now process captured documents simultaneously.
The release of Zetadocs for NAV 3.0 is the latest version of Zetadocs
for NAV, released by Equisys and certified for Microsoft Dynamics NAV in
2007, which enables smart electronic document management and delivery
for NAV. Zetadocs uniquely combines the process of automating the
electronic creation, delivery and archiving of batches of financial
documents, with a set of tools that let NAV and non-NAV users alike
quickly find all documents that relate to a financial transaction.
Other changes include:
-
Fileserver archive option - allows the optional use of SharePoint.
Companies that don't use SharePoint can archive documents to shared
folders on their fileserver instead.
-
Silent client - enables batches of documents to be sent in the without
interruption.
-
Wider version support - compatibility with Navision 3.60, and 3.70 in
addition to NAV 4.0, 5.0, 2009.
"In times where every business is facing increasing costs and a
requirement to be ever more efficient," said Chris Oswald, CEO of
Equisys, "Zetadocs can add real business value by removing a substantial
proportion of the costs most businesses allocate to managing their
financial transactions. From automating the process of invoicing through
to managing collections, Zetadocs takes away the need for paper and in a
few mouse clicks makes documents available to employees, customers and
partners that need to see them."
And return on investment is still very important. Zetadocs for NAV
capitalizes on customers' investment in Microsoft Dynamics and other
Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Windows Workflow
Foundation, and Microsoft Office. By eliminating the mountains of paper
within their offices, many of our customers see an ROI in a few months.
If paper is strangling your business, the integration of Zetadocs for
NAV 3.0 is the tool to abandon paper for good!
Zetadocs for NAV is sold exclusively through Microsoft Dynamics
Certified Partners. For more background and product information about
