Omnivex President Featured Speaker at Interactive Digital Signage Show

CONCORD, Ontario - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Omnivex Corporation, the premier provider of enterprise software for digital signage networks, announced today that its President, Jeff Collard, will be a featured speaker at KioskCom Self-Service Expo, held November 10-11 in New York City. KioskCom, co-located with the Digital Signage Show, delivers strategic, marketing and technical solutions to help businesses plan for all phases of customer-facing technology deployments, such as kiosks and digital signage.

Jeff Collard will present his topic "Scalability Without Compromise: Growing Your Digital Signage Network with Real-time Information for a Richer Customer Experience," in the Tech Talk Theater, 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 10. Collard, a well-respected voice in the digital signage industry, has been a speaker at events around the world.

Digital signage networks are most effective when they establish a connection between the message and the viewer. Delivering the right information to the right person at the right time is more easily achieved when your network is small, but as your network grows, creating multiple compelling and exciting experiences becomes more difficult and the management effort expands exponentially. By taking a strategic approach and selecting the proper tools to build intelligent content that adapts to individual situations, your network will grow with you.

Participants will learn:

1. How to design and deploy a network of truly contextual signage;

2. How to manage workflow, to save you time and money;

3. How to automate functions to target messages and optimize system performance.

Omnivex recently released a revolutionary software product, Moxie, which represents a major leap in visual communications. This software changes how enterprise businesses use data for digital signage and adds value for end-users who view the information. Moxie includes an advanced graphics engine, data-bound visual properties and management of meta-data attributes. The software's ability to intelligently manage content based on both internal and external information now provides companies with the most advanced and comprehensive solution available. With Moxie and its many patent pending technologies, Omnivex has redefined the process to rapidly develop and deploy digital signage networks and significantly lowered the cost to operate these systems.

Omnivex will be demonstrating the features and benefits of Moxie software in Booth No. 313 at the Kiosk Com/The Digital Signage Show, November 10 & 11, 2009, Jacob Javits Convention Center. Demonstrations will include examples of how the software can be used for interactive signage, including user triggered content with touch screens and barcode scanners, as well as time or event based content. Moxie marks the advent of truly contextual messaging, spurring new ways of thinking about the role of digital signage.
